Multiple purchases and a true promoter of their services I was until recently, when I had the bitter experience of taking one of the same equipment purchased from them to the technical department so that they unlocked the PC since we had forgotten the access pin. It saddens me to have to share this frustrating experience with a store that since 2019 was my preferred option for purchasing computer equipment and services for my small business.
